This Private Residence was drawn and documented by us for the clients of one of our Permanent Builders we work for (Carberry Designer Homes, based on the Sunshine Coast) With a very steep block of land that had a fall from the street backwards, we had to make sure that the home complied with the Sunshine Coast Regional Council’s Planning scheme of not encroaching beyond the 8.5m max height mark from the Natural Ground Level. This home is currently under Construction as of 1 October 2017.
