Company Profile
We specialize in 3D CAD Residential Design, Drafting, & 3D rendering using the Powerful Chief Architect 3D software. All Residential drafting and design work can be undertaken from New Homes, House Raising’s, Patios, Decks, Extensions, Multi Unit and Owner Builders. Call us you’ll find us easy to deal with. Our drafting rates are very competitive and would be one of the most economical in Queensland!
The Principal is a Registered Medium Rise Building Designer (Lic No. QBCC 54023) with over 42 years of experience in the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Griffith University, is a Registered Builder in Queensland, and is an Associate Member of Engineers Australia, as well as an Affiliate Member of the Australian Institute of Architects. He also lectures part-time at TAFE Queensland in Building Design within the Faculty of Applied Science and Business
