We were approached to develop a plan on a block that had an existing house demolished prior. The whole design is required to go through a DA process and this is the first concept plan of our proposal. The Residence is\u00a0 approximately 550m2, designed with the current trend of an austere facade using naturals like timber, imitating a zero carbon footprint. The balance of the home is built with Hebel \u00a9 Power-Panel, which is an environmentally sustainable product with exceptional thermal abilities. The home creates a soft, floating appearance sitting at the high end of the street, made possible by the butterfly skillion roof.<\/p>\n
