AT $195 per hour+GST<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

We have had to stop offering fixed prices<\/span> due to a few clients taking advantage of the “number of changes” allowed in our quote.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

No job is too big, or too small. Split levels or lowset Timber floors,\u00a0<\/strong>House Raising, extensions, Decks, Basic Pergolas. A question normally asked is “how long will it take to design my house”? With our new pricing structure, that is now entirely dictated to by our clients. If you have all the info you need before engaging us, a standard 4 bedroom single storey should take around 20 hours, from start to finish, but that is with minimal<\/span><\/strong> changes. However, we have had other homes taking up to 140 hours to complete.<\/p>\n

During the design and documentation process, you are able to ask us at anytime what the current costs are running at, which keeps everyone on the same page and no “surprises” arise.<\/p>\n
